Big Title

For prospective students
To prospective students applying from abroad:
We are open to accepting new students for master's or doctoral studies in our lab.
To be considered as a candidate, please check:
-
our research themes on the “Research" tab, and
-
published work on the “Publications" tab
to understand what kind of research we do.
You will notice that we have three great themes with each faculty being the responsible person for one of them.
Send an email addressed to three faculties, Prof. Nakano, Dr. Kato, and Dr. Damnjanovic, where you should:
-
indicate the theme you are interested in,
-
briefly describe your academic background (in a few sentences),
-
attach your CV, academic transcript, and 1A4 page tentative research proposal (do not exceed the page limit).
If we accept you as a candidate, we will write back with instructions for the next evaluation stage, the interview, where you are expected to present and discuss your previous/current research (not your future research plan).
After passing the interview, you are accepted to enter our lab.
However, please remember that we do not provide funding for your studies. You will need to apply for scholarships or fellowships, and if you pass the interview, we can support your application.
Thank you for your cooperation.
